Processing fees for registration are non-negotiable. These fees are affiliated with the Citrus platform that is used for all of Rock Sports.

Pre-Registration is for individuals who wish to hold their spot early for a program. The fee for Pre-Registration is only a portion of the total registration cost. Once Registration opens, the remaining fees would be due.

It is mandatory for all new players to purchase a team uniform. It is required for all club league games and provincials. Players don’t need a new uniform each season, but can purchase bigger sizes should they require them.

Uniform costs for individual items:

  • Jersey – $65
  • Shorts – $35
  • Shooting Shirt – $35

The deadline for players to switch clubs is Oct. 9. Once you begin club league, players will not be released to another club & will be expected to participate in club provincials with PMB. We will make exceptions for certain situations involving bullying or other underlying issues with the team.

  • If players cancel within the first 2 weeks or prior to the start of the program, they will receive a full refund (minus processing fees)
  • If players cancel after the first 2 weeks but before half of the practices take place, they will receive a 50% refund (minus processing fees)
  • If players cancel after 50% of the program has taken place, there will be no refunds
  • If players cancel prior to a program or camp starting, they will receive a full refund (minus processing fees)
  • If a program or camp is cancelled by PMB, individuals will receive a full refund (including processing fees)
  • PMB can negotiate price adjustments PRIOR to registration

All participants must sign the program waiver prior to starting. This is mandatory for all players to ensure they are covered under our insurance policy as well. This is included with all online registrations.

Practices cancelled due to holiday or weather closures, will not be rescheduled.
